Melvins Dobermans LLC is a family Doberman breeder based in Billings, Missouri, trading as PureHeart Companions.
A family that has loved Dobermans for more than 20 years
We fell in love with the Doberman's devotion and character when we brought home our first Doberman puppy more than twenty years ago. Over the years we have learned a great deal about the breed's care, health, and needs, and today we raise Doberman puppies as Melvins Dobermans LLC, trading as PureHeart Companions, from our home in Billings, Missouri.
Our goal is simple: raise healthy, well-socialized puppies, match each one with the right family, and be honest at every step — about the puppy, the process, and the responsibilities of owning a Doberman.
How we raise our puppies
Family environment
Puppies are raised in our home with daily handling, play, grooming, and everyday household sounds.
Early socialization
We introduce new people, surfaces, toys, and gentle routines so puppies are confident and curious.
Veterinary care
A licensed veterinarian examines each puppy before going home. Vaccinations and deworming are age-appropriate and recorded.
