Delivery & Pickup
Pick up in Billings, Missouri, or ask about ground delivery and in-cabin flight nanny options to a major airport near you.
Pickup in Billings, Missouri
You are welcome to pick up your puppy from us in Billings, Missouri (65610), about 25 miles southwest of Springfield, by appointment. Pickup lets you meet us in person, see where your puppy was raised, and ask questions face to face. There is no delivery charge for pickup. The nearest commercial airport is Springfield–Branson National (SGF).
Ground delivery
For buyers within a long day's drive, we can discuss ground delivery or a meet-up point. Ground travel avoids airport handling and airline weather restrictions. The cost depends on distance and is quoted in writing before you agree.
Flight nanny (in-cabin)
For longer distances, we can arrange for a flight nanny to fly with your puppy in the airplane cabin, in an airline-approved carrier under the seat, to a major airport near you. You meet the nanny at the airport. In-cabin travel keeps your puppy in a climate-controlled cabin with a person the whole way, and is especially useful during summer and winter weather restrictions.
How delivery works
- Once your reservation is confirmed in writing, we discuss dates and the travel method.
- We send you a written itinerary with the date, route, times, and the contact details of the person traveling with your puppy.
- Before travel, your puppy has a veterinary health exam and receives the health certificate required for interstate travel.
- On travel day we keep you updated until your puppy is in your arms.
Rules we follow
- Puppies travel no earlier than 8 weeks of age and only when weaned and healthy
- Interstate travel includes a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection
- We do not ship young puppies in airline cargo holds
- Travel is rescheduled if weather, flight conditions, or the puppy's health make it unsafe
Hawaii and Alaska
Hawaii has strict rabies-free import rules that young puppies generally cannot meet without a long quarantine, so please contact us before reserving. Alaska is possible only by flight nanny on suitable routes. See the Hawaii and Alaska pages.
Delivery cost
Delivery costs depend on distance, route, and season, so we quote each one individually and in writing. Find realistic options for your area in our state-by-state guide.
