Buying a puppy
How do I buy a Doberman puppy from you?
Open the page of the puppy you like and click Ask About This Puppy. We confirm availability, answer your questions, and send written reservation details. See how to buy.
How much are your Doberman puppies?
Our current listed price is $650 per puppy. Delivery is quoted separately. See pricing.
Can I visit before buying?
Local buyers can visit by appointment in Billings, Missouri. Everyone can ask questions and request recent photos before reserving.
How do I know a puppy is really available?
Each puppy page shows its current status, which only changes when a reservation or sale is actually confirmed. We also confirm availability personally when you inquire.
Can I pay through the website?
No. Our website forms never collect payment details. Reservation and payment instructions are sent in writing after we have talked.
Puppies & health
How old are puppies when they go home?
At least 8 weeks old. Ask us for the date of birth of any puppy.
What vaccinations will my puppy have?
Age-appropriate core vaccinations and deworming, recorded in writing. Your veterinarian continues the schedule. See health.
Do you health test the parents?
Ask us for the documentation we hold on the parents of any puppy. We list test results on a puppy page only when we have the documents.
Is there a health guarantee?
Yes. The written guarantee is part of our sales agreement.
Are your puppies registered?
Each puppy page explains the registration paperwork for that puppy. Ask for the litter registration number to check it yourself.
What colors do you have?
Our listings include black & rust, red & rust, fawn (Isabella) & rust, and light cream puppies. See coat colors explained.
Reservations & deposits
Is a deposit required?
A deposit reserves a specific puppy once you have decided. The amount and terms appear in your written reservation details. See the refund and deposit policy.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred in certain cases, and they are refunded if we cannot complete the sale. The full policy explains the details.
Delivery & pickup
Do you deliver?
Yes. Depending on distance, we can discuss ground delivery or an in-cabin flight nanny to a major airport near you. See delivery & pickup.
Do you ship puppies in cargo?
No. We do not ship young puppies in airline cargo holds.
Can you deliver to Hawaii or Alaska?
Please contact us first. Hawaii's rabies-free import rules make it impractical for most young puppies, and Alaska is possible only by flight nanny on suitable routes.
Do you have locations in other states?
No. We are located only in Billings, Missouri. Our state and city pages explain how buyers in those areas can get a puppy from us.
Owning a Doberman
Are Dobermans good family dogs?
Well-bred, well-socialized Dobermans are typically affectionate and loyal family dogs. They need training, exercise, and close contact with their people. See temperament.
How much exercise does a Doberman need?
Adults typically need at least an hour of activity daily. Puppies need short play sessions and should avoid forced running until their joints mature.
Do Dobermans shed?
Yes, lightly. Their short coat needs only weekly brushing.
